"There's nothing Gossip Girl loves more than a masked ball..."

Friday night saw the HMS President (moored opposite the oxo tower on the Victoria Embankment of London's Thames river) filled with fairy lights, swing bands, champagne, and a couple hundred luvvies for the Masked Ball.
